Martial arts isn't weather dependent and you don't have to be flexible or even fit to start. It is, however, a great way to stay active. It opens you up to an amazing community that wants to build up your confidence and fitness level. We all want to see you succeed.

The Pound Martial Arts also pride itself on its commitment to opening up a conversation around mental health and in recent years we have done several fundraisers for Mind the Mental Health charity.
